The mission of the Free Methodist Church is to make known to people everywhere God's call to wholeness through forgiveness and holiness in Jesus Christ, and to invite into membership and to equip for ministry all who respond in faith.

Our Beliefs

We believe...

in a personal, supernatural God who is Lord of all and who is at work in our world today.
that the most important thing in the world is a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
in the necessity of spiritual conversion evidenced by confession of sin, repentance and faith in Jesus Christ as the only way to fellowship with God.
in the empowerment of the Holy Spirit for effective Christian living and witness.
that the Christian life is characterized by the fruits of the Spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.
in the Bible as the unique Word of God and our authority for all things necessary to salvation and Christian living.
that the most important privilege of a Christian is to worship God in spirit and in truth.
that the best thing we can do for others is to guide them to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
that a Christian should live a life of integrity in order to reflect a Holy God.
in the sacredness of marriage.
in the dignity and gift of singleness.
in the importance of the local church to help, encourage, strengthen, and mature the spiritual life of every Christian.
in the necessity of daily prayer and Bible study in order to understand God's will for our lives.
that all persons are created in the image of God regardless of differences in sex, race, or color.
